Cookies And Local Storage
FPL Joe does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
The site may use your browser's local storage to remember display preferences, such as whether chart points are shown or hidden. This information stays on your device and is used only to provide the site features you have selected.
You can clear local storage through your browser settings. If you do this, the site may reset these display preferences.
Technical Logs
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This is used to provide, secure, and maintain the site.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary.
For contact emails and correspondence, we normally keep the information for up to 12 months after the last message, unless we need to keep it for longer to deal with an ongoing query, complaint, legal issue, or security matter.
Technical logs held by our hosting provider are kept according to the provider's standard retention periods.
Who We Share Information With
We use data processors that handle personal information on our behalf as part of services they provide to us.
Website hosting providers host the site and process technical server logs needed to provide and secure it. Email service providers process messages sent to FPL Joe email addresses, including privacy@fpljoe.com, and related email records.
We do not sell personal information.
Sharing Information Outside The UK
Where necessary, our data processors may process or transfer personal information outside the UK. When doing so, they must use appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.
International transfers may include:
- Vercel Inc. and its authorised subprocessors, for website hosting, cloud infrastructure, CDN, and security services. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Vercel or its subprocessors process data. Vercel states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework with the UK Extension.
- Hostinger and its authorised affiliates, service providers, and subprocessors, for email hosting and cloud services. Personal information may be processed in the EU/EEA and other countries where Hostinger or its subprocessors process data. Hostinger's Data Processing Addendum incorporates the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant UK transfers.
Third-Party Links And Fonts
The site links to FPL Joe social profiles on YouTube and X. If you click those links, those services may process your information under their own privacy policies.
The site currently loads Google Fonts. When fonts are loaded from Google, Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details.
Your Data Protection Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have rights over your personal information. These may include:

- the right to ask us to correct information you think is inaccurate or incomplete;
